Scott D. Winston
Auto Accidents - Burn Injuries - Dangerous Products - Insurance Claims
When he was approximately 10 years old, Scott was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the street in his hometown of Kenosha, Wisconsin. Driven by a young man with no insurance, the motorcyclist was speeding when he came over a small hill and ran into Scott on the right side, resulting in several broken bones in his right arm and leg. During several surgeries over the course of the following decade, Scott learned first-hand of the life changing impact an accident can have on people and their families. These hard lessons led Scott to attend law school at Marquette University where he learned how to help others who suffered terrible losses.
In over a decade of practicing law, Scott has dedicated his time and efforts to helping other individuals and families who have suffered injuries and/or losses of family members. From the largest auto insurance companies to some of the largest corporations in the nation, Scott continues to fight for people injured by careless drivers and defective products.
